How payment works

Publishing an invitation requires a one-time fee. The checkout gives you a payment code and an Instapay link: send the amount through the link and write the code into your transfer, so we can match the payment to your account.

Activation

Your invitation is published as soon as you confirm you’ve sent the payment. We check payments afterwards. If we can’t confirm one, we’ll contact you, and the invitation may return to draft until it’s resolved.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 48 hours of your payment, and we’ll return the full amount — just tell us and we’ll unpublish the invitation. After 48 hours the fee is non-refundable. If you were charged by mistake, paid twice, or couldn’t use the service because of a problem on our side, contact us any time and we’ll review your case fairly.

Add-ons

Optional add-ons — such as custom music, a second language, or a custom design — follow the same 48-hour terms. Custom design work that has already begun may not be refundable.
